Approximately 400 employees at the Swedish Courts Administration work to develop and support the Swedish Courts, with the headquarters located centrally in Jönköping, and local offices in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö, and Umeå. The Swedish Courts Administration is seeking a unit manager who will lead and develop the work at the Unit for Business Development.

With the independence reform, the role of the Swedish Courts Administration is strengthened as a driving and supportive force in the development work of the courts and boards. In this work, the Unit for Business Development plays a central role. As a unit manager with us, you will become a key person in the continued development of operations within the Swedish Courts.

We are looking for someone who is a regular judge and has experience as a manager with personnel responsibility. Experience in change management and driving cultural transformations is particularly meritorious. There is a possibility for placement in Malmö.
